How to make a flagpole christmas tree. Every year at Christmas I get "The envy of the Christmas tree". I had always wanted a giant tree outside but didn't want to pay a hefty sum for something that was only on display for 30 days a year.

Tip 3: When you connect 12 luminaires together, it is heavy and I do not want to have to reconnect the lights if it is windy one day. I took a piece of wood about 14 "long and about 1/2" thick and using black electrical tape, I attached 12 luminaires to the wooden board (this also protects your lamp from the weather). I then pasted wooden planks to the top of the flagpole. Tip 4: Attach the light to the top of the column. I used a wooden block about 6 "x6" - something big enough to hold 12 screws on the top and the floor flange at the bottom (see the picture below of the floor flange). Optional: spray paint with green wood block to blend with green light strips.

You are now ready to attach the remaining 3 flags.
